Welcoming words

I’m happy you chose to visit this little corner of my site to read about the wonderful breed and dog that the Eurasier is. I did my best to research the topic but sadly not much information is available yet about this rare breed. I have included everything I could find about it. As you read through the articles, you might find they repeat some of the information previous ones discussed.

I kept every bit of information I could because I wanted you to have a different or more detailed view, and not just be exposed to one version of the story, which usually doesn’t cover all aspects. I have also included a couple of Eurasier pictures for your enjoyment, so that you can put a face to a name, and a list of Eurasier breeders that is not too long, but I hope you find it helpful.

This section on the Eurasier dog breed is complete as far as I know. I will be adding more information as more becomes available, but you can enjoy whatever I have included here meanwhile. I do not expect anything new to come up in the near future though, because this breed is still very rare on the North American continent.

If you are interested in knowing more about the Eurasier dog breed, feel free to contact one of the listed breeders, contact the North American Eurasier committee (http://www.eurasiers.org/) or buy books. The NAEC says there are about 10 Eurasier breeders on this continent and not all of them are reputable.

They do not make recommendations, and neither do I, so please make sure to research and ask all the questions you need answers to. I have only been able to find a book about the topic on Amazon UK. Good luck with your search and thank you for visiting!
